To call our "Cypress" a 3-bedroom, 2-1/2-bath design would be accurate, but that description alone does not do justice to the uniqueness of this design. The kitchen, dining room, and great room space in this design is tremendous. The walk-in style pantry is awesome, as is the very spacious laundry room.  All three bedrooms are large, and the spacious loft has a great view through the huge bank of windows in the front.  With all of this mentioned, there's still the mud entrance for convenience, and a screen porch included that makes visiting with family and friends comfortable even during peak mosquito season!!
