 "Forest” is our one-bedroom cottage with loft. Designed very similar to our “Crivitz” model, it offers a smaller floor plan and budget for those families who may not want, or always need, that extra bedroom on the main level. With the loft space included, many families have found this space ideal for the kids to “camp out” up there for the weekend. With standard features such as Pella windows, custom hickory cabinets, custom log rail, and 3-1/2″ knotty pine trim, quality abounds in this 1,000 sqft cottage.
